Shipping & Returns

All orders for edibles products are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We take orders over the weekend and/or bank holidays but shipping can be delayed, for accessories the products are shipped straight away.


Shipping Rates

Edibles:
For all orders over £55, shipping is FREE. All other orders are calculated before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Accessories:

We offer FREE shipping in all our accessories bought through our web page for orders over £55.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. We normally use Royal Mail so, please note that sometimes they will not have tracking numbers to be provided.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Our policy covers 14 days for non-edibles products sold through www.tonguesandtails.co.uk. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How To Return An Item

In the case you want to return an item just email us to returns@tonguesandtails.com and we will guide you, step by step, to do the return and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the case of an exchange, you will cover the shipping to send your item back to us, and we will cover the shipping to send your replacement to you.
